We understand the importance of providing a clear indication on costs to all our clients and are happy to provide a without charge/obligation assessment of fees prior to any instruction. We will wherever possible consider whether a fixed fee service can be provided.

We are pleased to continue to offer a legal aid service in respect of family law subject to eligibility. We offer a “no win no fee” service in respect of certain claims and are happy to act if your costs can be underwritten by a legal expense insurance policy.
